l2 traffic exchanges

in our first lesson we looked at hindrances and costs, we took a look at a first offer.
I mentioned reciprocity but we never went into detail on it. most people are only interested in what they have to sell or offer. Their main interest is in what is in it for me. They think in the back of their minds you are the one that is getting the most out of it. I used to run a business in the construction industry
and I could see the jealousy in the eye of my employees when they saw money change hands. They do everything to short cut you. The minute your back is turned they slow down, they try to steal jobs from you the story is endless but that is how we humans are.
Now you need a lot of people active in the traffic exchanges for money to be made. When people are active surfing for credits then it means the sponsor is able to promote his business easier but this still stirs some jealousy and as a result some people will not play ball. That is small mindedness.
Wise up folks, you have to give to get. your sponsor after some time will have more credits than he
need to promote his business. If you had all the money in the world you could not consume it, you would become bored or flatulent. The same goes for credits, your sponsor will then be able to give back some of those credits to you. That is what I mean by reciprocity. There are a few site around that have this feature so it will play into our strategy.
